S’mores Faux Ice Cream Sandwiches

As fun to eat as the real thing, but with less mess

marshmallow fluff |
| 1/2cup |
(125 mL)
crushed graham crackers |
| 1/2cup |
(125 mL)
mini chocolate chips |
| 24 | round chocolate wafer cookies |
directions
| 1. | In a bowl, stir together marshmallow fluff, crushed cookies and chocolate chips until combined. Spoon about 1 tbsp (15 mL) on each of 12 of the cookies. Top with remaining cookies and squish gently. Wrap and store on the counter or fridge for up to 3 days.
