Salmon Salad Roll-up in Whole Wheat Pita

A delicious and healthy way to wrap up a salad!
ingredients
salmon salad |
| 1can | drained salmon |
| 2tbsp |
(25 mL)
tablespoons mayonnaise |
| 1tbsp |
(15 mL)
parsley, chopped |
| ½cup |
(125 mL)
celery, finely chopped |
| 1 | large, thin, whole wheat pita |
directions
| 1. | To make the salmon salad, combine 1 tin drained salmon with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and ½ cup finely chopped celery. |
| 2. | Place pita on cutting board, spread about ý cup salmon salad in lower third of pita. Pick up bottom edge of pita and roll up. Wrap in plastic or aluminum foil. |
