Salmon Salad Roll-up in Whole Wheat Pita

Makes: 1 serving but can be applied to as many as you want!

A delicious and healthy way to wrap up a salad!

ingredients


salmon salad
1candrained salmon
2tbsp (25 mL) tablespoons mayonnaise
1tbsp (15 mL) parsley, chopped
½cup (125 mL) celery, finely chopped
1large, thin, whole wheat pita

directions

1.To make the salmon salad, combine 1 tin drained salmon with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and ½ cup finely chopped celery.
2.Place pita on cutting board, spread about ý cup salmon salad in lower third of pita. Pick up bottom edge of pita and roll up. Wrap in plastic or aluminum foil.
