| 1 10inch |
(25 cm)
flour tortilla |
| cream cheese |
| 1 | banana, peeled |
| honey (or jam) |
| raisins or dried cranberries |
directions
| 1. | Lay the tortilla out on the counter. Spread with an even layer of cream cheese to within ½ in. (1 cm) of the edges. Drizzle with a bit of honey or jam and sprinkle evenly with raisins or cranberries. Now place the peeled banana slightly off-centre on the tortilla. Fold in the bottom and top edges, then roll up tightly. The cream cheese should help the tortilla stick to the banana — sort of. Wrap in plastic wrap or eat immediately. Yum. |
