Salmon Salad Roll-up in Whole Wheat Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained salmon
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup (125 mL) celery, finely chopped
  • 1 large, thin, whole wheat pita

Directions

  1. To make the salmon salad, combine 1 tin drained salmon with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and ½ cup finely chopped celery.
  2. Place pita on cutting board, spread about - cup salmon salad in lower third of pita. Pick up bottom edge of pita and roll up. Wrap in plastic or aluminum foil.
